The Burg is one of the main squares in the city.
The building on the left is the old Court, while on the right is the City Hall.
The Old Court or Civil Registry was built in Renaissance style over three years, from 1534 to 1537.
It has been used as the Peace Court since 1883.
The façade of the City Hall dates from 1376. However, the building’s interior was destroyed by fire in 1887.
